- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Considering you are tucked away in the Rocky Mountains, Truffle Pigs is an EXCELLENT restaurant. The service is quick and friendly. Dinner was well paced (not too fast, not too slow). The server recommended the macaroni and cheese. It was served in a small cast iron pot (but by no means a small portion) with panko crumbs and a pork sausage on top. It was absolutely delicious.
